I'm a design leader who works in a collaborative and open way. I lead and build teams that focus on empowering and enabling people to create high-functioning and successful outcomes.

I work best while trying to tackle difficult problems that have no clear or simple answer. I balance the people-centered aspects of design with wider systemic implications. I like to start with blue sky ideation, ultimately arrive at solutions by using iteratively narrowing and disqualifying through research and experimentation.

My design approach mirrors my approach to team-building. I prefer to work openly, with others who have differing views. I do my best to bring others with me on my journey and include perspectives from multiple sources.
